Our legitimate interests include securing and improving services, preventing abuse, communicating with business contacts, and operating a sustainable business, provided those interests are not overridden by individual rights.

We may disclose personal information to hosting providers, cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, analytics providers, customer support tools, security vendors, professional advisers, affiliates, business partners, and public authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information in the ordinary meaning of the word. If a law treats certain advertising or analytics sharing as a "sale" or "sharing," we will provide required choices.

We may process and transfer personal information in countries where we, our customers, or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, or comparable lawful mechanisms.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and customers remain responsible for securing their own accounts, credentials, configurations, and integrations.
9. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and preserve backups. Customer content is retained according to the applicable customer agreement, account settings, and lawful instructions.
